1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Entelico, concerning your access to and use of our digital infrastructure, dashboards, websites, and AI voice agents.

2. Provision of Services

Entelico provisions isolated infrastructure for your business. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access your Injin portal and utilize the tools deployed for your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. Prohibited activity includes bypassing security measures, reverse engineering AI models, or utilizing the platform for unlawful communications.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Access to your digital infrastructure is maintained contingent upon timely payment of agreed-upon subscription or hosting fees. Failure to maintain payments may result in the suspension of your website, AI voice agents, and CRM access.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
